This just in!  Farm to Table Deli re-opens in the heart of Vermont’s thriving culinary scene. The Morse Block Deli is located in the heart of Barre, VT- and locals are calling it “The Best Sandwich Shop in the Heart of Vermont”! MBD uses premium meats and cheeses produced locally and in-house, locally baked breads from La Panciata in Northfeild and sources a large portion of its produce locally. Everything that can be made in house, is. From The amazing Corned Beef and Apple-Caraway Sauerkraut on the Reuben, to the house mayo, mustards, and dressings. Craft Beer is a thing too. Sourcing fresh, hoppy beers from New England, and high quality brews from around the world, MBD's selection is focused on quality. The Deli also caters events ranging from office and board meetings, to football parties and private events. With a BA in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute, over fifteen years in the industry, and experience working under top chefs such as Chef Barbara Lynch of Boston and Tom Bivins of Vermont, Coppola will certainly keep Barre, Vermont well fed.
